At Nerora, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

We offer a 14-day return policy.
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • It must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, or misuse will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased on sale or discount

  • Personal or hygiene-related products (if any)

  • Customized or special-order items

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at nerorastudio21@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will review the request and provide return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

5. Refunds

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to appear in your account (depending on your bank).

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nerorastudio21@gmail.com with photos/videos.
We will replace the item at no additional cost.

8. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return parcels.
